To save papers and save time, we use the App of Documents for iPad that allows users/managers to sign PDFs digitally.
When open Documents App on iPad, you should see the list of files in the folder. If you need, you may click the "+" button to add folder(s).

1. Go back "<" - Once you have done with the PDF file, you need to click "<" to go back to the list.
2. Pen - Click the pen to sign the document.
3. Undo - If you did something wrong, you click undo.
4. Close "x" - Sometimes you will need to close the PDF when you have done it. It may slow down the App if you have opened too many PDFs.
The screen shows that if you didn't close the PDFs after you have done, they will stay opened. It can normally display maximum 5-6 tabs
